With all Development funding lenders it should be borne in mind that the higher the risk they are taking the more they will expect to be rewarded for taking the risk, but all lenders will look at the viability of the deal, the input from the client the likelihood of sale of the finished properties and the skill of the builder / developer when assessing the project and deciding on whether or not it is for them.
